C.K Tools is part of CKI: Carl Kammerling International, which has been at the forefront of hand tool manufacturing for over 100 years. Originally founded in Germany in 1904 by the Kammerling family, the business was relocated to North Wales in 1950 and grew from the general hardware tool supplier to the leading premium tool brand, as it’s known today.
The company’s headquarters are in Pwllheli, North Wales, with an existing European office in Wuppertal, Germany – where the business was originally founded. C.K Tools products are sold around the world and is still a family-owned and run business, now in its fourth generation.

One of the latest launches from C.K Tools is five new IP-rated Work Light and Head Lights, designed to enhance visibility and safety for trade professionals. Visibility and safety go hand in hand in the workplace, so the importance of high-quality, versatile and robust lighting on a work area cannot be overestimated. The new lighting range combines the very best of LED technology in a robust and durable package. This ensures great lighting, when combined with one of our C.K German manufactured precision tools, is a recipe for safety, efficiency and reliability that’s unparalleled in the industry.
The new Folding Work Light (300lm) for example, has an ingenious 360° folding design and magnetic base. Protected with IK07 robust casing, this light can be deployed for the toughest of jobs. This versatile light has built-in long-lasting power, up to 8.5 hours and features a handy battery level indicator for monitoring.
The IP65-rated Compact Work Lights (1,000/2,000lm) are available in mini and maxi sizes and are dust and water repellent. The handy 180° folding design and magnetic base allow hands-free operation, with the 5,000mAh battery providing up to 7 hours of power. The industrial-strength IK07 casing once again gives protection even in extreme conditions.
